Rhonda Benikas has over 20 years of experience in all areas of accounting and financial management, with ten years specific to general contracting firms. As TMG’s Controller, Rhonda is responsible for supporting the external accounting and regulatory side of the company.
She works closely with the Vice President of Accounting and Finance, as well as other business unit leaders as necessary, to assure that TMG’s accounting is efficient, effective and in alignment with the needs of all stakeholders. Her primary duties focus on the development, operation and control of the financial operations of the company, including accounting forecasting, reporting and analysis.
In her role as Facility Security Officer, Rhonda oversees the implementation of the corporate security program. She develops and enforces security policies and procedures and manages access control including badges, access cards and codes and visit requests.
“The best part of my job are the people because at TMG, you are family. I enjoy that all employees have the opportunity to learn and grow. Growth is supported at all levels. I love feeling challenged and at TMG there is no shortage of challenging work,” said Rhonda.
One of her greatest professional experiences was a project that TMG completed at Scott Jenkins Memorial Park. Rhonda shared, “I have children that have played on the fields at Scott Jenkins and it makes me proud to know I work at a company that not only contributes to, but also helps develop community growth.”
