Rhonda Benikas has over 20 years of experience in all areas of accounting and financial management, with ten years specific to general contracting firms. As TMG’s Chief Financial Officer, Rhonda is responsible for the accounting and financial operations of the company.
She works closely with TMG’s business unit leaders to ensure TMG’s accounting is efficient, effective, and in alignment with the needs of all stakeholders. Her primary duties focus on the development, operation, and control of the financial operations of the company, including accounting forecasting, reporting, and analysis.
Rhonda also serves as TMG’s Facility Security Officer where she oversees the implementation of the corporate security program. She develops and enforces security policies and procedures and manages access control including badges, access cards and codes and visit requests.
“The best part of my job are the people because at TMG, you are family. I enjoy that all employees have the opportunity to learn and grow. Growth is supported at all levels. I love feeling challenged and at TMG there is no shortage of challenging work,” said Rhonda.
One of her greatest professional experiences was a project that TMG completed at Scott Jenkins Memorial Park. Rhonda shared, “I have children that have played on the fields at Scott Jenkins and it makes me proud to know I work at a company that not only contributes to, but also helps develop community growth.”
