Morgan Yam has over 13 years of experience in the construction industry, 11 of those with TMG Construction. She has been responsible for leading and managing TMG’s construction and design-build programs for secure commercial, institutional, and federal clients. Morgan has successfully overseen and managed numerous large-scale, complex, and occupied facility projects for TMG where she has provided innovative solutions to meet and exceed client’s requirements for quality, safety, budget, and schedule.
As a member of TMG’s Executive Committee, Ms. Yam brings her critical experience to oversee, implement, document, and lead all TMG’s business systems. Her role provides TMG with best-in-class processes that minimize risk, maximize efficiency, and create consistency and understanding throughout the organization.

Morgan received her Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Purdue University and her Master of Business Administration from the University of Virginia. She is a registered Professional Engineer, a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), a designated Design-Build Professional (DBIA), a Certified Associate Constructor (CAC), and is certified in USACE Construction Quality Management for Contractors.
