Mark Bailey is a Senior Construction Executive with over 40 years of experience through four companies. He learned hands-on construction starting in the field with a building contractor as an Assistant Superintendent after graduating from Lehigh University with a B.S and B.A. majoring in Civil Engineering and Architecture.
With this firm, his roles included Project Superintendent before transitioning into Estimating. Recruited by a heavy Civil Contractor, he worked for 10 years in the water/waste water industry as both a Chief Estimator and Senior Project Manager. Mark was then recruited as an Operations Manager for a federal government contractor and during the next 20 years his career developed until he ultimately succeeded the founder as its President and CEO, leading the company to achieve up to $250M+ in annual revenue.
Mark’s industry expertise eventually led him to TMG. The past five years at TMG have focused on leading mission critical/secure operations, aviation and federal operations in larger lump sum and design build projects. “The best part of my job, without hesitation, is the opportunity to interact with every member of our team! As a certified LEED Accredited Professional, Mark also has experience in multi-year JOC and IDIQ contracts in the federal, state, local government, healthcare, education and transportation markets.
