Jason Lynch has worked in the construction industry for over 20 years. He is a highly successful Vice President and member of our Executive Committee specializing in design-build, bid-build and task order contracting (JOC, IDIQ, etc.).
Jason is particularly adept at operations, workflow management and building streamlined project teams that work cohesively to deliver multiple, concurrent projects on aggressive schedules. He is responsible for overall management, estimating, RFI processing, contract negotiations, submittals, subcontractor selection, budgeting, scheduling, value engineering, client relations, cost reporting and close-out. He has overseen the renovation and modernization of a broad variety of government-owned, mission-critical facilities. His efforts in coordinating and supervising field and office personnel consistently result in projects that are completed on time and within budget.
Jason takes great pride in building and empowering teams. His unique problem-solving skills allows Jason and his team to build projects that improve people’s lives. When asked if he has a favorite past project, Jason replied, “There are too many to choose from! More than the projects, I really cherish the mutual successes I have shared with long-term customers and clients.”
Jason is USACE QCM certified, and is a Certified JOC Professional, Center for JOC Excellence Board Member and Trainer/Presenter, and LEED Accredited Professional. He also serves as a NIGP Presenter.
