For over 20 years, Jason Lynch has played a prominent role in the construction industry. He has served in various leadership capacities at TMG, and in January 2025, Jason was promoted to the President of TMG Construction.
Jason has overseen the construction, renovation, and modernization of a wide variety of commercial, institutional, and government facilities. He is particularly adept at operations, workflow management, and building streamlined project teams that work cohesively to deliver multiple, concurrent projects on aggressive schedules. Under his leadership, TMG has built profitable construction operations, expanded our geographic footprint, and exceeded customer expectations for quality, schedule, and budget.
Jason takes great pride in building and empowering teams. His unique problem-solving skills allows Jason and his teams to build projects that improve people’s lives. When asked if he has a favorite past project, Jason replied, “There are too many to choose from! More than the projects, I really cherish the mutual successes I have shared with long-term customers and clients.”
Jason is USACE QCM certified, and is a Certified JOC Professional, Center for JOC Excellence Board Member and Trainer/Presenter, and LEED Accredited Professional. He also serves as a NIGP Presenter.
