Under a national IDIQ Contract, TMG was awarded the design and construction of a new, 6,000 SF club and catering center at Naval Base Coronado, CA.
The new facility will provide event space for 225 that can be divided into smaller rooms by folding acoustical partitions. The catering events area will be designed to facilitate meetings, receptions, and private functions. The catering kitchen will be sized to serve several simultaneous functions and will be designed to accommodate future expansions. Additionally, the facility will provide patron restrooms, mechanical/electrical/telecommunications space, administrative office space, storage, and a walk-up retail space for pick-up orders.
