This project renovated the ground floor of this corporate client’s headquarters to serve as a multi-purpose conference and function facility with a dedicated conference or court-room style “hearing room,” complete4 with translation booths and AV room.
The facility was occupied and maintained normal business operations throughout the entire construction process.
TMG worked with the owner to schedule operations and construction to minimize conflict and facilitate owner usage of the facility. All construction work required in the occupied areas were completed after-hours or during the weekends to minimize disruption.
