Arlington Public Schools awarded TMG a multi-year job order contract for general construction services at school facilities located throughout the County of Arlington.
Task orders range in value from $4,000 to more than $300,000, including window replacements and envelope repairs, HVAC upgrades and replacements, storm sewer and utilities, and emergency repairs.
Our experience and dedication to this contract has allowed TMG to develop strong relationships with Arlington Public School facilities and maintenance staff, HVAC technicians, building operators, teachers, and administrators. These relationships allow us to communicate effectively through all stages of construction and keep everyone involved and informed to complete task orders quickly and efficiently.
To date, TMG has held numerous contracts with the Schools and has completed over 175 job orders valued at over $15.6 million in construction.
