Since 2016, TMG has performed on three consecutive, three-year indefinite quantity Job Order Contracts to provide general construction on an as-needed basis at various county facilities for Arlington County, Virginia. All work under these contracts have been priced through the Construction Task Catalog.
Our project capability varies from small complex repairs to larger design-build projects. Some of our highlighted projects include concrete maintenance repairs throughout the county, security garage gate installation, IT room construction, building envelope repairs, interior renovations, utility upgrades, and design-build parking lot lighting.
Our work has been performed at parks and recreation facilities, libraries, pump stations, police and correctional facilities, fire stations, transportation facilities, and warehouses. Our individual project sizes have ranged from $5,000 up to $500,000.
To date, TMG has performed over 325 job orders for the County valued at over $21 million in construction.
