Third-Party Recruitment Agencies

TMG Construction Corporation does not accept unsolicited resumes from third-party recruitment agencies and is not responsible for any fees from recruiters or other agencies except under specific written agreement with TMG Construction Corporation.

Any unsolicited resumes sent to TMG Construction Corporation, including unsolicited resumes sent to a TMG Construction Corporation address, or email address, directly to TMG Construction Corporation employees, or to TMG Construction Corporation’s resume database will be considered TMG Construction Corporation property. TMG Construction Corporation will not pay a fee for any placement resulting from the receipt of an unsolicited resume from a third-party agent. TMG Construction Corporation considers candidates for whom an agency has submitted an unsolicited resume to have been referred by the agency free of any charges or fees.
