The very first tenet expressed in TMG’s Values Statement is “Safety Matters.” Using this statement as a guiding principle, TMG has developed a corporate-wide program that impresses upon all employees the extreme importance of safely executing work at all times. It has also led to the development of a set of guidelines that govern how we run our jobsites – cognizant not only of the safety of the crews and the general public, but also of the environment.
