Alan Weiss has been in the construction industry for over 45 years. His interest in the field started during his early years by working each summer for his father who was in the stone business. Alan has spent the past 20 years of his professional career in a senior leadership role, primarily managing federal and municipal IDIQ contracts across the continental United States.
As TMG’s Senior Vice President of Operations, Alan provides the knowledge, skills, and experience to oversee and manage multiple IDIQ and large design-build contracts. He ensures project teams are properly resourced and producing high-quality work with, high stakeholder satisfaction and conformance with TMG’s Mission, Principles, and Values. He stated, “I love the excitement of the construction business. There is never a dull moment. I truly love working with the team as well as mentoring and growing young professionals in the construction industry. I have only been with four companies my entire tenure in the business. It has and continues to be a great run.”
Alan holds a US Army Corps of Engineers Construction Quality Management for Contractors certification.
