Since 2014, TMG has performed under two consecutive, five-year Job Order Contracts for DC Housing Authority to provide general construction for projects owned by, or done on behalf of, the Authority or any of its instrumentalities or affiliates.
The work includes detailed repair, construction and demolition tasks with related performance specifications and pre-established unit prices. The contract is used for the repair, alteration, modernization, maintenance, rehabilitation, demolition and construction of infrastructure, buildings and structures.
TMG’s first five-year contract awarded in 2014 had a maximum contract of $30 million, and the second contract was awarded in 2019 with a maximum contract value of $50 million. To date, TMG has performed over 85 job orders for the Authority valued at over $60.7 million in construction.
