TMG completed a $3.1 million interior build-out of 751 Miller Drive for Loudoun County. The project consisted of the interior renovation of an existing one-story office building that is approximately 16,000 SF and a mezzanine area that is approximately 5,000 SF as well as the installation of a new elevator.
The new space will be used in support of Loudoun County Fire Rescue’s goal of promoting the Health, Safety, and Wellness of its over 1,000 emergency responders. The renovated facility includes office space, a two-story space to conduct agility tests and training, fitness space, locker rooms, equipment storage, and a large classroom.
