Scope included substantially gutting and replacing the roofing, siding, flooring, walls, main drain, fixtures, countertops and shower surrounds of each facility. The renovations created ADA compliant facilities that are easy to maintain. The project was phased to ensure access to at least one Comfort Station at all times.
