This project involved the design build construction and renovation of an existing space into a new Innovation Lab for a federal client.
The 6,451 SF renovated space includes open office space, enclosed meeting rooms, and a showroom. Portions of the block wall on the west were replaced with glazed storefront to provide a visual connection between the Innovation Lab and the courtyard. The renovation also included modifications of the mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems in support of the revised space plan and program. Furniture was supplied by the government, with final electrical and telecom connections completed by TMG
The office spaces adjacent to the Project Area of Work remained occupied during regular business hours.
