TMG was hired by Signature Flight to renovate their Hangar 7 FBO Terminal Facility at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA). The project consisted of the Hangar 7 floor slab structural repairs, the renovation of the first floor of the terminal, and the renovation of the second floor restrooms.
This 10,225 SF renovation began with a complete gut of the existing facility including walls, finishes, ceilings, plumbing, mechanical and electrical. The project included asbestos abatement of the concrete slab.
Construction and build-out of the new, high-end facility included administrative offices, customer service areas, kitchens, locker rooms, lobby, quiet rooms, VIP lounge, conference rooms, Pilot’s lounge and quiet rooms, and new MEP systems.
Signature Flight Support has grown to become the world’s largest network of Fixed Base Operations (FBOs). TMG was able to deliver a beautiful addition to their growing facilities.
